Kettlebell Classes - Tues 6:00 pm, Wed 6am, and Sat 8:00 am

This class will give you the lean, toned, athletic body you've always wanted!  Kettlebells are a strength, cardio, and flexibility workout all in one.  Kick off your shoes and get ready for the sexy body you deserve in this Russian Kettlebell Class.  We spend time working on some mobility to loosen up some tight hips and shoulders.  We'll kettlebell movements the Russian Hardstyle way!  Expect to melt some stubborn fat, define your thighs and buns, and build some amazing core strength.  Our classes start on time, never run late and participant number is limited!  If you're curious what kettlebells are all about, please follow this link for more explanation:   http://blog.coreyhoward.com/?p=104

Kristi's Diva Class - Monday and Thursday at 6:00 am

This is a women's only circuit class.  We open with ten to fifteen minutes of active stretching and joint mobility, then progress on to six or seven different lifts that are performed for time.  Each of the different lifts are basic core lifts that challenge your entire body.  We also spend some time on those trouble areas like your abs and the back of your arms... trying to bannish those "turkey arms"!

 

 

Darren's Night Owls - Tues at 9pm

Many people work late and as a result morning fitness classes just aren't an option.  Darren created this night owl class just for you!  You can expect a workout that will send your metabolism into high speed fat burning.  Have fun playing with the ropes, kettlebells, dragging sled, and bodyweight exercises.  Class intensity can be adjusted based off of everyone's fitness level.
