Corey Howard
As the owner and founder of Results PT, Corey started the company in 2004 out of his house, with the goal of creating an energizing atmosphere that’s geared toward the client’s success. Since 2004 his vision has grown with the list of clients and in 2008 he opened Sioux Falls’s first private personal training studio. Corey has trained and helped many people lose a lot of weight, including some people that have lost over 100lbs. He also has experience training fitness figure competitors and pagaent girls. His clients have been featured in local and national magazine articles, appeared on television, and competed nationally. He originally became a certified personal trainer while living in Minneapolis in 2002 and recently received HKC kettlebell instructor certification. Throughout the many years Corey has been training he has created a successful strategy and program that reaps success. He enjoys powerlifting, kettlebell workouts, and spending time with his family.

Kristi Rieger
Kristi Rieger enjoyed outstanding athletic careers at Washington High School and at Augustana College, both located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. At the collegiate level, she was a four year qualifier for the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800 meters. She won the North Central Conference 800-meter outdoor championship as a freshman in 1988. She was a two-time Indoor Track All-American in the 800 meters and broke the school record in 1988 as a freshman. She was the NCC champion in the Indoor 800 meters in 1991 and the Indoor 1000 meters in 1992. She was also a member of numerous record-breaking relay teams at Augustana. She has been inducted into the athletic hall of fame at both alma maters.
After graduation from Augustana College, in 1992, Kristi started a career in teaching and coaching. While head coach, Kristi’s teams enjoyed tremendous success. The girls were the Greater Dakota Conference Track Champions in 2005 and 2006 and captured the GDC Cross Country Championship in 2005. From 2004-2007 the girls were runners-up at the AA State Track Meet and the State Cross Country Meet. The boys placed third at the 2007 State Track Meet and were runners-up at the 2006 and 2007 State Cross Country Meets. All totaled, her boys and girls teams, in cross country and track, have been state runners-up 9 times.
Her runners have also competed at the national level. Her girls’ teams have made appearances in two of the four Nike Team National Cross Country Championships in Portland, Oregon. In 2004, the girls finished 14th and in 2006, the girls’ team took 11th place at NTN. Also in 2004, the girls 4X800 relay team ran a nationally-ranked time of 9:08.61. Consequently, they went on to compete at the Nike Indoor National Championships and finished second. Those same runners placed 3rd at NIN in the distance medley relay. In 2006, her girls cross country team won the Gold Division championship at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis for the first time. Forty-seven of her athletes have gone on to compete in track and/or cross country at the collegiate level while she was the head coach.
For the past two years, Kristi served as one of the meet directors for the Nike Cross Nationals regional cross country qualifying meets. She still competes in marathons and will be running in the Boston Marathon in April of 2010. Her coaching demeanor carries over into the gym, and her clients continue to shatter their goals and expectations.
