Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. It's a short, high-value planning session so you can decide
if Results is a fit.
Not necessarily. This session focuses on clarity: your goals, your
starting point, the right program, and what to do next.
Yes. Most people start as beginners or are returning after time
away. Everything is scaled safely so you can progress at the right
pace.
That's common. We'll talk through your history and recommend
a safe progression plan designed around your limitations.
We schedule your first training session and outline what your first
month should look like so you can start building momentum right
away.
Your first appointment is all about establishing a baseline so we can build the safest and most effective program for you. We'll begin with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify mobility limitations and movement patterns, followed by an InBody body composition assessment that measures muscle mass, body fat, and other key health metrics. This will also give us the ability to provide you with a personalized meal plan specific to your goals and schedule. These assessments allow us to create a personalized program and provide objective feedback as you progress. Instead of guessing whether you're improving, you'll be able to see measurable changes in your strength, movement quality, and body composition over time.
