In one-on-one sessions, you will be the only person your trainer is working with. In the semi-private session, you will be paired with 3 other clients, and your trainer will work with all of you in a small group of no more than 4.

Three. We've found three sessions per week to be the most successful. It produces noticeably better results than two. Clients feel stronger without feeling beaten up, joints move more freely, recovery improves, and strength seems to carry over better into everyday life.

Most of our sessions typically last from 30 to 45 minutes, and yes, it's the perfect amount. In 30 to 45 minutes, we can hit all the major muscle groups as well as the 5 key movement patterns that have the biggest impact on your body.
